CASA - a caring voice for an abused or neglected child…

Since 1990, the dedicated volunteers of CASA of Jackson County have served more than 1,000 unfortunate victims of child abuse and neglect. Our Court Appointed Special Advocates – we call them simply “CASAs” – are assigned one case at a time, involving a single child or siblings. In the anxious months after the child has been removed from a harmful home and placed in safe but unfamiliar foster care, the CASA gets to know the child...More




Volunteer brown bag and in-service training schedules

Brown Bag trainings are held the 4th Wednesday of the month from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the CASA office.


In-Service trainings are held the 2nd Monday of the month from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Rogue Valley Christian Church.  Call Allison at 734-2272 for directions.  This meeting is a pot-luck/training.

Jackson County CASA strives to:
(a) to promote the best interest of abused, neglected, and vulnerable children who are wards of the court, using trained, committed volunteers advocating for each child's
timely return to a safe, nurturing, and permanent home.

(b) to promote community responsibility for reduction of child abuse and neglect.
